I can’t imagine having a better experience beginning a career in real estate. When I was just starting out, I was well aware that the majority of real estate agents fail. I was able to overcome these odds and make a successful transition into my new career path. Joining Medway Realty played a major role in this transition. The steady flow of training and  continuing education were a major plus for me and the managing broker always makes themselves available for one-on-one guidance. The broker/owner is truly a mentor to me and I have learned  so much from him; not only about real estate but sales in general. I am proud to say I now make a very comfortable living as a realtor and am a proud member of the Medway team!
